Conference housing, University of Calgary (on campus, 5-minute walk to the conference venue)

There are three types of accommodation options available to suit the various needs and budgets of delegates; traditional residence, apartment-style residence and hotel style. Refer to http://www.ucalgary.ca/specialevents/accommodations for more information.

The prices are as follows:

Studios $75.00 (no longer available)
Hotel Room Single $105.00 (no longer available)
Hotel Room Double $125.00 (no longer available)
Single Bedroom in Shared Apartment $50.00

To reserve, download and fill out the reservation form from http://www.ucalgary.ca/residence/guestaccommodation/ . Indicate "QCMC 2008" in section 4. Fax the form to 403-220-6760.

Hotels and Motels (off campus, 15-minute walk to the conference venue)

There are rooms booked at the Best Western Village Park Inn and the Quality Inn University (both located in Motel Village). The room rates are as follows:

Quality Inn University Calgary (800-661-4667):
- Standard Room $131 + tax
Best Western Village Park Inn (888-774-7716):
- Standard Single Room $119 + tax
- Standard Double Room $149 + tax
- Business Plus Single Room $134 + tax

In order to get these conference rates, mention the group code "QCMC 2008" to the operator while reserving.
